摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a breakage of connection between network terminals is caused by a failure on access points.SOLUTION: A management device 1 is a management device of a network 100 having a plurality of network terminals 3 mutually connected through an access point 2. The management device 1 includes: group means 11 and 13 for grouping the plurality of network terminals for respective access points that relay a connection; failure detection means 14 for detecting whether a connection between network terminals is broken; and determination means 15 for, when connection breakages are determined more than a threshold value times within a predetermined period in a network terminal group, determining that the connection breakages between the network terminals are caused by a failure of access points corresponding to the group.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-scale command system connected to a public network via a plurality of gateways and adopting the IP protocol for realizing high performance, high quality, and high reliability, by eliminating a limit by a subordination between the gateways and a command console. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a multicast packet denoting a command start from the command console, the gateway references a command receiving terminal management table wherein command receiving terminals accommodated in its own gateway are registered, discriminates whether or not the command receiving terminals accommodated by its gateway are included as a command destination of the multicast packet. When the gateway receives the multicast packet denoting a dial transmission state from the command console, the gateway executes dial transmission control only when the priority of receiving the dial transmission of its own gateway is highest.
