摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call processing system, where other systems execute processing as an agent when a trouble occurs in one system, and a stand-by system also performs processing when a system shifts to a high-load state. SOLUTION: When the load to be used of an operation system device 20 becomes larger than a prescribed threshold, a call processing signal distribution section 30 distributes a call processing signal to a stand-by system device 10. The stand-by system device 10 to which the call processing signal is distributed uses an own system call control memory 13a for processing. When the trouble occurs, the device 20 in which the trouble occurs transmits the data of the own system call control memory 13a to the device 10 in which no troubles occur. The device 10 having no troubles receives the transmission for recording in another system call control memory 13b. The call processing signal distribution section 30 distributes the call processing signal to the device 10 having no troubles.
