    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive coloring composition which can prevent reflow of a pattern due to heat when used for pattern formation even by using a dye as a coloring agent and has excellent contact hole formability and exhibits a low dielectric constant when a color filter is prepared.SOLUTION: There is provided a photosensitive coloring composition which includes: (A) a dye; (B) a photopolymerization initiator; (C) a polymerizable compound having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds in its molecule; and (D) heat-resistant particles other than organic pigments having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less. The content of the (A) dye is 2 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less and the content of the (D) heat-resistant particles is 1 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less in the total solid content of the photosensitive coloring composition.
