    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove static electricity carried by a film while removing air rolled in a film roll in a noncontact manner, when winding the film.
      SOLUTION: An air blowing mechanism 122 is arranged in the vicinity of the peripheral surface of the film roll 124 of a film winding device 53 for winding the film 82 in a roll shape. The air blowing mechanism 122 is composed of an air nozzle 129, an air pipe 130, a blower 131 and an ion generator 135. When winding the film, high pressure air is generated by driving the blower 131, and air in of the air nozzle 129 is ionized by driving the ion generator 135. Since an pressing is performed by blowing air including ions upon the peripheral surface of the film roll 124, the static electricity carried by the film 82 can be removed while removing the air rolled in the film roll 124 in a noncontact manner.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an amount of an electric static charge of a film in casting film forming equipment. SOLUTION: A film 101 is produced by peeling a casted soft film, winding it on a core after drying and cooling it. A static eliminator 120 is quipped in a cooling room 107 for cooling the film 101 after drying, a charge of the film 101 is eliminated under cooling in the cooling room 107. The charge is eliminated from the film 101 by a static eliminator 121 while knurling the film 101 after cooling by a knurling roller 109. A static eliminator 122 is also quipped just before winding the film, the static charge of the film 101 is eliminated. A charge potential of the film 101 can be made from -5 to +5 V by improving an electrification hysteresis on the film formation by eliminating the charge in steps for drying/cooling before winding, knurling and winding steps. A charge amount of the film 101 is suppressed low, by that a generation of a coating unevenness caused by the charge potential on a saponification treatment or an application treatment of the film 101 is eliminated.
