摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress a temperature change to disturbance to be regularly repeated during a repeated operation at the same set value by providing a control input generator to calculate the updated value of a control input from the output of a paired opposite system and the control input of an advanced cycle. CONSTITUTION:A temperature controller controls a temperature (y) in a furnace 1 with heater to be repeatedly operated according to a temperature set value (r) of a prescribed operation pattern by an operation signal (u) from a controller 12 to a heater, and when a temperature set value r(k) is not inputted, a control input generator 10 calculates the updated value of a control input (r') from an output v(k) of a dual system 9 and a control input r'(k) of the advanced cycle in case that deviation e(k) between the temperature set value r(k) and a temperature y(k) in the furnace is inputted to the paired system 9 of an enlarged system 40 in the order of n-1, n-2 starting from k=n. Thus, even in respect to the disturbance with regular repeatability to periodically put in/out a worked object to the furnace, the temperature change caused by the disturbance can be suppressed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve the enhancement of accuracy while facilitating manipulation, by a simple structure using a unidirectional dummy wire coupled to a hybrid coil. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier 16 compensates the loss of a dummy circuit element and secures the unidirectionality of a dummy circuit. An ultrasonic delay wire 17 is connected to the amplifier 16 and a transformer is further used as a reflection coefficient multiplier element 15 and reflection coefficient is obtained by reversing the polarity thereof. The ultrasonic delay element 17 once converts an electric signal to an ultrasonic signal to impart predetermined delay and, thereafter, again returns the delayed signal to the electric signal which is, in turn, inputted to the dummy circuit to make it possible to apply large delay corresponding to a transmission time by a small element.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization of a titled device with reduced cost, by using the leak inductance of a transformer for the inductance of an LC low-pass filter and eliminating high frequency components. CONSTITUTION:A low-pass filter 12 is virually constituted with only a capacitor, and the leak inductance of a transformer 13 is used in place of the inductance of the filter 12. This leak inductance can be obtained in response to the decision of the cutoff frequency of the circuit in which the filter 12 is used. The transformer 13 having such leak inductance can be properly designed. As a result, the inductance of a conventional filter can be excluded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable prevention of effect from harmonics by dividing a digital measured value of an AC voltage of an AC voltage into two voltage components with a phase difference of 90 deg. and a digital measured value of an alternating current into two current components with a phase difference of 90 deg. to calculate a power as scaler product between a vector comprising the two voltage components and a vector comprising two current components. CONSTITUTION:A digital measured value 51 of an AC voltage is divided into two voltage components 52 and 53 with a phase difference of 90 deg. and a digital measured value 61 of an alternating current into two current components 62 and 63 with a phase difference of 90 deg.. Then, a power is calculated as scaler product between a vector comprising two voltage components and a vector comprising two voltage components. This can eliminate a low pass filter for removing a double frequency component or the like from a product of the voltage and current, thereby suppressing a ripple to a low level in measured valued of a power and a reactive power. This also eliminates the need for a precision measurement of a cycle because requiring no integration over one cycle.
