    • PURPOSE:To obtain an agent impregnated material having a liquid agent uniformly permeated and impregnated into pore part of each impregnated material and void part between layers by capillary phenomena, by laminating materials of given shape to be impregnated and coating each visible face with the liquid agent by spray. CONSTITUTION:Materials (e.g. rectangular mat for repelling mosquitoes) 1 of given shape to be impregnated are made into a piled state, a spray nozzle 3 is moved in the arrow direction above the materials or each mat is transferred based on a fixed spray nozzle and a liquid agent is sprayed from the spray nozzle 3 to give an agent impregnated material. By this method, the liquid agent is uniformly impregnated into each material and there is no problem of ununiformity between outside and inside which is found in an impregnated material wherein a beltlike material is wound in a cylindrical state. An insecticidal germicide, perfume or deodorant is used as the liquid agent and the liquid agent may contain a synergist, antioxidant, pigment, dyestuff, extender or thickening agent. The above-mentioned method has high productivity since a large amount of the agent impregnated material of any shape in a facial state can be continuously treated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation force of a nozzle button and stabilize the action when the total amount of a chemical is atomized. SOLUTION: A nozzle button 5 for jetting a chemical by pressing a stem 2a of an aerosol container 2 is provided in a cap main body 1 fitted on the aerosol container 2 in the constitution of a nozzle button cap. In this case, one end side of the nozzle button 5 is supported rotatably on the cap main body 1, and at least a part between a button section 5a and a supporting section provided on the other end side is formed to be deformable elastically, and a locking means 6 for locking the nozzle button 5 on the atomizing position of the chemical is provided in the vicinity of the button section 5, while a nozzle 3 for atomizing the jetted chemical into air by the stem 2a of the aerosol container 2 is provided on the nozzle button 5. Thus when the button section 5b is pressed to atomize the chemical, the nozzle button 5 is deformed elastically and pressed easily down to the locking position to reduce the operation force and securely lock the nozzle button 5 on the chemical, atomizing position by the locking means 6 and the action when the total amount is atomized can be stabilized.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an insect pest-exterminating composition, capable of reducing unpleasant feeling and insect pest repellency, simultaneously improving stability with time and enhancing insecticidal effects by mixing a pyrethroid-based insecticide with extracted ingredients, etc., of a specific plant and deodorizing not only a malodor emitting source but also specific smell of the insecticide itself. CONSTITUTION:An insect pest-exterminating composition is obtained by blending one or more pyrethroid-based insecticides with extracted and/or dry distilled ingredients of one or more plants selected from the families Theaceae, Lauraceae, Labiatae, Campunulaceae, Salicaceae, Pinaceae, Taxodiaceae, Myrtaceae, Ebenaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Araucariaceae, Leguminosae, Rubiaceae, Combretaceae, Fagaceae and Rosaceae, preferably Thea sinensis L., Camellia sasanqua Thunb., Camellia japonica L., Cleyera ochnacea DC., Ternstroemia japonica Thunb., Stewartia monadelpha Sieb. et Zucc., etc., of the family Theaceae or Eriobotrya japonica Lindl., Prunus armeniaca L. var. ansu Maxim., Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc., Chaenomeles lagenaria Koidzumi, Malus halliana Kohne, etc., of the family Rosaceae as essential ingredients and preferably further adding one or more insecticides, antimicrobial agents, and antifungal agents thereto. This composition has the above-mentioned effects.
