    • PURPOSE:To keep a printing density constant without the reduction of the life of a thermal head and the performance of an ink ribbon and the influence of an ambient temperature by disposing a preheating mechanism before a printing part. CONSTITUTION:A preheating mechanism 2 consisting of a heating roller 21 rotating in a paper feed direction and a guide roller 22 pressing recording paper 3 against the heating roller 21 is provided in the vicinity of a printing part 1 on the side of feeding the recording paper 3. The heating roller 22 is made of a good heat conductive material, such as copper and aluminum, and provided with a heat source, such as an infrared heater 21a, inside. The surface of the roller is heated up to a predetermined high temperature in accordance with an ambient temp.. The printing surface of the recording paper 3 is brought into contact with the surface of the heating roller 21, and the recording paper 3 is heated, supplied to the printing part 1, and passed through between a thermal head 12 and a platen roller 11. At this time, a printing current is applied to a heating element 12a to heat it selectively to transfer an ink on the recording paper 3. In this manner, the life of the thermal head is extended, a thermal efficiency in preheating is improved regardless of the thickness of the ink ribbon, and an energy is less consumed.

    • PURPOSE:To enable stabilization of printing quality and increase of a number of repetitive use to be achieved by restraining the deterioration of the printing quality due to the repetitive use to a minimum limit by a method wherein in the case where a multi-time ink ribbon is used, printing energy having been proportional to a number of repetitive printing is increased. CONSTITUTION:Printing is performed by giving initially printing energy lower than printing rated energy, for instance, 80% to a thermal head by using a multi-time ink ribbon. When an end detecting circuit 1 detects a leader tape at a final end of the ink ribbon, a printer is automatically stopped by this signal, and the ink ribbon is moved backward to perform printing on the second time. An integrating circuit 2 integrates a signal of this end detecting circuit 1, and detects a number of repetitive uses of the multi time ink ribbon. A printing energy control circuit 3 controls printing energy so as to be increased linearly or gradually in proportion to a repetitive number of printings by a data of the integrating circuit 2.

    • PURPOSE:Not only to eliminate a stencil but also to dispense with the drying of conductive paint by a method wherein a heat transfer film base material coated with a conductive film is made to bear on a wiring board and the conductive film is transferred to a wiring board by heating it from the rear of the heat transfer film base material. CONSTITUTION:A heat transfer film 5, which is composed of a base material 52 of paper or film coated with a conductive film 51 whose main component is conductive powder and hot-melt resin or heat softening resin, is made to bear on a film-like or a plate like wiring board 3, the conductive film 51 is heated from the rear of the heat transfer film 5 to be transferred to the wiring board 3. Therefore, the same as a heat transfer printer, a conductive paint can be transferred onto a wiring board to form a conductor pattern by directly inputting the data from a computer. By this setup, not only a stench but also the drying of a conductive paint can be dispensed with.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the qmount of an organic solvent used to be reduced without damaging the application properties of a coating liquid, by incorporating a high molecular weight material, particularly, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer into ink components as a dispersant. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is produced by coating a polyester resin film having a thickness of 6mum with a heat-resistant layer having a thickness of 1mum. An intermediate adhesive layer 2 is provided by applying a mixture of a polyester resin, a polyamide resin and a solvent to the base 1 in a thickness of about 3mum. An ink layer 3 is provided by dissolving a low melting point material, paraffin wax and a dye in acetone used as a solvent, further mixing a filler 5 into the solution, and applying the resultant coating liquid to the adhesive layer 2. In providing the ink layer 3, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer is used as a dispersant in the in components 4, whereby the amount of acetone can be reduced to 1/2 of an ordinary amount without damaging the application properties.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a copper thin film of lapped film pattern of chromium-lead from being overetched and to form a fine pattern with excellent reproducibility and high operability by using an etching soln. consisting of acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and water of specified composition. CONSTITUTION:After a chromium layer 2 having about 400Angstrom and a copper layer 3 having about 5,000Angstrom are respectively vapor-deposited on a glass base plate 1 by a vacuum deposition method or the like, a master pattern 4 is formed by photoresist. The etching of the copper layer 3 is performed by using an etching soln. consisting of 5-50ml/l acetic acid, 2-50ml/l hydrogen peroxide and the balance water. By using the above-mentioned etching soln., the overetching is prevented and the pattern is formed with excellent operability. It is desirable that the self-decomposition of hydrogen peroxide due to the presence of copper ion is controlled by adding a stabilizer such as uric acid for the above-mentioned etching soln. Even if the etchig soln. is regulated to (3-4)pH by adding sulfuric acid and a pH regulating salt such as sodium acetate instead of weak acid such as acetic acid, the similar effect is obtained.
