    • PURPOSE:To realize high contact capacity and low height in the title relay by using a plunger inserted movably in a hollow bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid coil 4 wound on a hollow bobbin 3, a plunger 5 inserted movable in the hollow bobbin 3, a permanent magnet 6 incorporated to the plunger 5 and magnetized in the axial direction, and a moval contact spring 21 opposing to the end surface of the plunger 5 are provided, and the movable contact spring 21 in which the movable contact 22 is fixed at the free end is driven by the plunger 5. Since there is no armature or no auxiliary yoke at the outer side of the solenoid coil 4, the height can be made low, and even though the current flowing to the solenoid coil is small, the relay can be operated sufficiently by the interaction with the permanent magnet 6, and the movable scope of the plunger can be also increased. Therefore, a low power consumption type electromagnetic relay with a high contact capacity and a low height can be realized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce oscillation to be transmitted to an outer cover for reducing an operation sound by holding a relay body mounted on a printed board while floating it from the outer cover by using a lead terminal. CONSTITUTION:The subject electromagnetic relay is provided with an electromagnetic relay body 1, in which a plurality of terminals 11 housed in an inside case are upside projected, a printed board 2, in which the electromagnetic relay body 1 is downside mounted, a lead terminal 3 being connected to the printed board 2 and led out downside to hold the printed board 2 and a base member 4 which the lead terminal 3 goes through for being fixed while holding the electromagnetic relay body 1 through a gap. Further, a cover member 5 spreading over the base member 4 and surrounding the electromagnetic body 1 through a gap. Then, the relay body 1 is held inside an outer cover 5 in the hanged state floating from the outer cover 5 so that the oscillation of the relay body 1 may almost not conveyed to the outer cover 5. In this way, contact with the outer case and a lead plate can reduce an oscillation sound leaking to the outside.
