摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the trace of sticking from coming up in printed matters at the time of photomechanical process, by sticking originals so that a bonding agent containing a white pigment comes out from the peripheral margin of the originals. Printed matters, graphs, plans, printing papers, etc., of various sizes can be used as the sticking originals. Although it is desirable to use natural bonding agents, such as gum arabic, starch, etc., as the bonding agent, synthetic bonding agents can also be used. Titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, lithopone, hydroxy zinc carbonate, etc., are used as the white pigment. Since the bonding agent comes out from the originals, lights are irregularly reflected by the white pigment contained in the agent and, therefore, printed matters free from any sticking traces can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:The surface of an Al-alloy material containing 0.20-10% Fe and 0.005-0.1% at least one of Sn, In, Ga, and Zn is subjected to a chemical etching treatment and then to an electrochemical etching treatment in an acid electrolyte to obtain an objective supporter. In this case, the Al-alloy material used contains preferably 0.1-2% Cu and should have a surface roughness having an average roughness of 0.3-1.2mum (Ra display) or an average primary pit depth of 1-10mum (by a chemical etching treatment) and also an average secondary pit depth of 1mum or less, with an average opening diameter of 5mum or less.

Then, the plate surface is treated by alkali under a condition producing no hydrogen gas (hydroxi sodium water solution of 0.5-40% is preferably applied at 10- 80 deg.C for 0.1-15sec) and then treated for anodizing (high density of current is preferable in sulfuric acid) to produce a desired supporting member. USE:Photo sensitive layer of PS plate is arranged on the supporting member to obtain a photo sensitive lithographic press plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a high-quality printed matter to be duplicated in multiplicity without deformation, breakage or the like of a printing plate even where a thin Al plate, a paper, a plastic or the like is used as a base for the printing plate, by a method wherein a planographic printing plate is fixed to the surface of a form cylinder by an adhesive, and printing is conducted. CONSTITUTION:A base consisting of Al (alloy) or the like is laminated on a paper, a plastic or the like, the surface of Al (alloy) is roughened, an anodic oxide film is provided thereon, further a photosensitive layer is provided thereon by coating, and the photosensitive layer is exposed imagewise to light, followed by developing to produce a planographic printing plate. The printing plate is fixed to the surface of the form cylinder by an adhesive, and printing is conducted, whereby the printing plate can be prevented from being elongated or cut due to clamping. The adhesive is preferably a butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, a 2-ethylhexyl acrylate-vinyl acetate-unsaturated acid copolymer or the like.
