    • PURPOSE:To decrease frictional resistance between a projecting die part and cylinder peripheral wall and to avoid a galling on the projecting die part, etc., and a crack on a cylinder bottom, etc., by constituting the projecting die part provided at a die of a roller. CONSTITUTION:When each recessed die part of a punch 11 coincides with each roller 27 of a second die 15 by descending an upper die 9, and each projecting die part 19 of the punch 11 coincides with each recessed die part of the second die 15, the outer peripheral part of a bottom wall 3 and the lower part of a peripheral wall 2 are pushed in the inside in a radius direction advancing each recessed die part 21 of the punch 11 by each roller 27. In this way, the forming of an outward recessed line 5 and that of an inward projected line 20 are started. When the peripheral wall 2 of a cylinder 1 passes each roller 27 by further descent of the upper die 9, the forming of each outward recessed line 5, etc., is completed. Since each roller 27 is rotated centering about a supporting shaft, the frictional resistance between each roller 27 and the peripheral wall 2 can be remarkably decreased, and the galling on each roller 27, etc., and the crack of the bottom wall 3, etc., can be avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To make light weight and to improve strength around an equipping channel for a cisclip by providing a recessed line parallel with spline channels and a projected part each between the recesses in a range corresponding to each of spline teeth of the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 driven by a driving shaft is equipped with a big diameter cylinder 31 having an opening part in one end, a cylindrical body 3 having a small diameter cylinder 32 continuously provided to the other end of the big diameter cylinder 31, and a circular end wall 5 continuous to one end of the small diameter cylinder 32. A pair of recess lines 20 parallel to spline channels 12 and a projected line 21 existing between both recessed lines 20 are provided to a range (a) corresponding to respective spline teeth, on the outer peripheral surface of the big diameter cylinder 31. On the housing 1, when projected lines 21 are formed in the outer peripheral surface thereof, thickness reduction for respective spline teeth 13 with equipping channels 14 can be suppressed to the minimum degree, and strength around respective equipping channels 14 can be improved. Still more, a pair of recessed lines 20 are existent in corresondence to each of spline teeth 13 in the outer peripheral surface of the housing 1, therefore the housing 1 can be made lightweight.

    • PURPOSE:To surely generate the flow of material with a small forming load by pouring the external peripheral part of a stock into a cavity for forming the tooth parts of a die through the flow of material outward in a radial direction. CONSTITUTION:The internal peripheral part of a metallic annular stock B1 is fitted to the core 36 of the die 10, then, both end faces of the stock B1 in the die 10 are inserted and pressed between a pair of upper and lower punches 24, 43 provided with a pressure projecting surface each having annular ridge lines 25, 44 positioned in the intermediate part in the radial direction of the end faces. The external peripheral part of the stock B1 flows by the flow of the material outward in the radial direction into a cavity for forming the tooth parts of the die 10 and, simultaneously, the internal peripheral part of the stock B1 is brought by the flow of the material inward in the radial direction into close contact with the core 36. Thus, a external spur gear excellent in the dimensional accuracy can be obtained, a internal spur gear can be obtained in the same way and the productivity can be improved.
