    • PURPOSE:To prevent production of NOX, by a method wherein the air fed to a fluidized-bed combustion furnace is divided into a primary air and a secondary air. CONSTITUTION:A furnace is provided with a first flow meter 12 for measuring the flow rate of a primary air, a second flow meter 14 for measuring the flow rate of a secondary air, an oxygen concentration meter 16 for measuring oxygen concentration in exhaust gas, and a computing part 17 which, based on output signals from the flow meters 12 and 14, and the oxygen concentration meter 16, computes an xygen concentration condition on a fludizied bed surface 18. A first regulating part 19 outputs a control signal which regulates the flow rate of a primary air, based on a deviation between an oxygen concentration condition outputted from the computing part 17 and a previously set oxygen concentration condition on the fluidized bed surface 18. A second regulating part 20 outputs a control signal which controls the flow rate of a secondary air so that an output signal from the oxygen concentration meter 16 attains a previously set value. This prevents production of NOX.

    • PURPOSE:To attain stable exhaust-gas processing operation, by branching an air supply passage extended from a fan of an air supplying apparatus into a burner air supply passage and a secondary-air supply passage connected to a suction opening and preventing fluctuation in the total amount of air supplied to an incinerator. CONSTITUTION:An air supply passage 32 extended from a fan 31 is branched into a burner air supply passage 33 and a secondary-air supply passage 34. In order to control the rate of distribution, there is provided an air distributing mechanism 38, which includes an air control valve 35 for controlling the flow rate of secondary air, a control valve 37 for controlling the flow rate of burner air, and a fuel control valve 24 for controlling the fuel flow rate. Here, if the air control valve 37 for a burner 11 and the fuel control valve 24 are set at a fixed position respectively, other two parameters are varied automatically in a substantially complemental manner to keep the sum of the secondary air and the burner air substantially constant. That is, the sum of the secondary air and the burner air supplied to an incinerator by the fan 31 is kept substantially conconstant, and the flow rate of secondary air and that of burner air are varied in a substantially complemental manner.
