    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device capable of adjusting the tension of a webbing in a multistage manner even by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A seat belt device 10 for a vehicle includes a retractor 20 with a delivery adjustment mechanism capable of adjusting a delivery state of a webbing 30, and a slip joint 44 for guiding the webbing 30. The slip joint 44 includes a tension adjustment mechanism 100. A sliding section 114 of the tension adjustment mechanism 100 has at least predetermined frictional resistance accompanied by the frictional sliding of the webbing 30, and the frictional resistance in the sliding section 114 becomes smaller on condition that a frictional force working on the sliding section 114 by the sliding section of the webbing 30 is at least a predetermined force.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in conventional knee bolster structure, a load receiving part is relatively small with respect to a device, and consequently there is the possibility that knee load becomes high depending on a physical constitution or a getting-on posture of an occupant.SOLUTION: A knee bolster structure includes a lower frame and an upper frame. The lower frame is constituted of: a plane part having one end fixed to a vehicle body structure and extending in a straight line shape toward the vehicle body rear; and a lower bending part having three inflection points from the plane part and having the other end toward the vehicle body front lower part. The upper frame includes: an upper bending part which is connected, at an under surface of one end, to a vehicle body upper side surface of the plane part of the lower frame, which extends toward a vehicle body rear upper part via one inflection point and has three inflection points and the other end of which extends toward the vehicle body front lower part and which has a projection shape; and a load receiving part which has one end connected to the other end of an upper bending part and has the other end extending in a straight line shape toward the vehicle body front lower part, the inner surface on the other end of the load receiving part being connected to an upper surface on the other end via the inflection points of the lower frame. A connection part of the upper frame and the lower frame is rotatably connected to each other and fixed when receiving the knee load to the load receiving part.
