This examination method uses a container integrated with operation for adding a labelled antibody, while filtering the diluted specimen liquid, operation for stirring the filtered specimen liquid and operation for injecting the stirred liquid in the test device, while filtering the same. This immunological testing method and the testing instrument are suitably used for the examination or emergent simple testing of infectious disease, such as influenza virus or the like.
