Based on the telephone number of the IP phone 3B which is acquired from the SIP server 30 and a telephone number of a transmitter's IP phone 1B which is specified beforehand, the content management server 20 gives the SIP server 30 an instruction to transmit video data. The SIP server 30 transmits the instructed video data to the IP address contained in the instruction received from the content management server 20.
