摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management apparatus which can delete image data produced based on a paper document of original by abandoning the paper document. SOLUTION: A central control part 550 of a history management server 30 distinguishes whether a paper manuscript is the original or not from existence of copy distinction information (S72), when the server receives abandonment request from an abandonment apparatus 40. When the paper manuscript is not the original and is a reproduction, the server sends permission of abandonment of the paper manuscript to the abandonment apparatus 40 (S75).
