摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for simply manufacturing automobile pneumatic tire side wall sections which exhibit excellent reflectivity and a brilliant and silvered color tone over a long period of time in the automobile pneumatic tire non-black side wall section rubber mixture containing one or more rubber components as the polymer, at least one type of silicic acid as the first filler and, in addition, a processing aid and other additives to be conventionally used. SOLUTION: Rubber mixtures contain, based on 100 pts.wt. entire rubber component, (a) 5-30 phr at least one type of platelet mica having an average particle diameter of up to 2×10-4 having been coated with a metal oxide as a second filler; and (b) 0.1-8 phr aluminum powder having an average particle diameter of up to 8×10-5 as a third filler.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably mount a decoration member on the side wall of a tire by a method wherein a decoration member is previously manufactured by using a comparatively rigid material such that a leg part is arranged at a tire side wall in a state to at least partially extend therethrough, in a pneumatic tire for a vehicle formed such that curing heat-treated decoration members are mounted on the side wall of the tire. SOLUTION: The decoration properties of a tire 10 are improved in a way that a number of decoration members 12 are embedded at intervals of a given distance in the side wall 11 of the tire 10. Each decoration member 12 is formed of a material further rigid than a parent material 26 of the tire 10, preferably thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic having the modulus of elasticity at least five times as large as that of the parent material 36. Further, in the manufacture, the decoration member 12 has, for example, an umbrella-form decoration member head 14 and formed in a mushroom-form shape where a leg part 15 is integrally molded on the under side 20 of the decoration member head 14. A through-hole 17 is formed in the fixed leg part 15 and during molding of the tire, the decoration member 12 is reliably held and fixed through a flow of the parent material 26 in the through-hole 27.
