    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and uniformly perform the application work of cement mortar by a method wherein mortar and the like are charged in the opening part of a middle frame, which is placed onto a bottom force so as to form a base and, after that, a tile, on the underside of which the cement mortar is applied, is aligned with the top surface of the base and fixed by pressure and finally a molded item is demolded by lifting the middle frame during the fixing of the tile to the base under pressure. CONSTITUTION:Mortar M is filled in an opening part 8 by being charged from a hopper 14. The mortar M is compressed by lowering a top force D2 under the condition just mentioned above and left as it is for a certain period of time in order to form a base 16 and, after that, the top force D2 is lifted. The underside of a tile 20, which is formed in advance in a shape complementary to the recessed surface of a recessed part 18, is engaged with the recessed surface of the recessed part 18, and at the same time the tile 20 is precisely positioned onto the top surface of the base 16. Cement mortar M is applied in advance on the underside of the tile 20. By lowering the top force D2 again, the tile 20 is pressed against the base 16 so as to cement the underside of the tile 20 and the recessed part 18 of the base 16. During the pressing, a middle frame 1 is lifted for demolding. Finally, by lifting the top force D2, a final molded item or combined block 22 is obtained as is seated on a bottom force 2.

CONSTITUTION:In the case where tiles are bonded on the surface of base blocks for pavement, a bonding material (c) is applied to a predetermined place at the center of the back surface of a cover material (b) positioned on the underside of a mask hole 31 of a mask plate 32, so as to have a thickness corresponding to the thickness of the mask plate 32. After the bonding material has been applied on the back surface 34 of the cover material, a lifting gear 37 is moved down, and each of the cover materials (b) is placed on a cover material conveyor path C to be sent to a predetermined next step. Then, the cover material (b) is set on the base block (a) by a cover material inversion device 49 while the bonding material is interposed between the cover material and the base block, and is bonded under pressure by a pressure bonding device 50 against a composite block K on which the load of oscillation and pressure is applied. In a stage that the composite block K is made to forcibly pass through the hole 62 of a scraper 63, the bonding material (c) which is pushed out and overflows on the circumference of the composite block K is positively scraped by the scraper 63, whereby the finishing of the composite block K becomes beautiful.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving block in which voids and air bubbles are not produced in a sticking layer, and entering of water is prevented to strengthen bonding. SOLUTION: A block base 1-1 has a peripheral edge projected part 6 of the upper surface and a disc-like recessed part 5 connected to the inside of the projected part, and at least the upper surface of the base 1-1 forms the block base 1-1 formed by cement or sand to be hydrated and hardened. Bonding cement mortar is applied between the disc-like recessed part 5 of the base 1-1 and the tile surface plate. Subsequently, one sheet of tile surface plate having plane dimensions smaller than that of the base 1-1, which has dimensions in such a manner that the back is accommodated in the recessed part 5 is stuck to the upper side of the recessed part of the base by bonding mortar, and bonding mortar is spread over the projected part 5 of the base to be hardened. Thus, it is possible to manufacture a paving block of such a structure that the flat upper surface of the projected part 6 forms a band-like part of the peripheral edge of the base 1-1 and the tile surface plate is projected like a staircase upward inside the band-like part.

    • PURPOSE: To effectively absorb a water hammer by the elastic deformation and magnetic resiliency of a foamed body by providing a plurality of magnetic foamed bodies laminated and arranged in a casing having an inlet port for water hammer on one end side, and using, as the magnetic foamed body, a one magnetized so that the laminated surface has N-pole or S-pole. CONSTITUTION: A plurality for example, five pieces of disc magnetic foamed bodies 12 are laminated and arranged thin a substantially cylindrical casing 10. One board surface of each magnetic foamed body 12 is magnetized to N, and the other board surface to S. Each magnetic foamed body 12 is laminated so that the mutually superposed surfaces have the same polarity. The casing 10 has an inlet port 14 on one end side in the cylinder axial direction, and the laminating direction of the magnetic foamed bodies 12 is set to the direction directing to the inlet port 14. When a water hammer is guided from the inlet port 14, each magnetic foamed body 12 is contracted by the hydraulic pressure and elastically deformed, and the superposed magnetic foamed bodies 12 are magnetically repelled to each other, whereby the water hammer energy is absorbed.
