    • PURPOSE:To provide a booster device capable of automatically obtaining boosted oil pressure when necessary, without resetting the rated pressure of a hydraulic system. CONSTITUTION:An operating valve 12 connected to a hydraulic pump 13 directional-controls pump-discharged pressure oil to control an opening and closing cylinder 4 for opening and closing a jaw of a breaker. A pilot type check valve 8 is interposed between expansion side oil passages 271, 272 between the operating valve 12 and the opening and closing cylinder 4. The checking action of the check valve 8 is released by pilot pressure guided from a contraction side oil passage 28 on the opposite side through a pilot oil passage 9. A sequence valve 7 is provided on an oil passage 26 branched from the expansion side oil passage 271 on the operating valve 12 side from the check valve 8. An electromagnetic change-over valve 6 is provided on a supply oil passage 29 supplied with pressure oil through the sequence valve 7. A double acting boosting cylinder 5 is connected to output oil passages 241, 242 of the electromagnetic change-over valve 6. The boosting cylinder 5 outputs boosted pressure oil to the expansion side oil passage 272 on the opening and closing cylinder 4 side from the check valve 8.

    • PURPOSE:To promote the replacement work by disengageably locking a pair of pins provided on a working attachment, to a stationary hook and a movable hook which are provided in a working front part. CONSTITUTION:A pin 7' on a working attachment such as a bucket, is inserted into a hook part of a stationary hook 10. Then, a cylinder 12 is retracted so as to rotate a cam 11 in the direction of the arrow H in order to retain the coupling part between links 14, 15 in the direction of the arrow I. At this time, a movable hook 11 is rotated in the direction of the arrow J by means of the link 15 since the hook 10 side of the link 14 is supported by the pin 7'. After a pin 8' on the working attachment enters a hook part of the hook 11, the hook 11 is pressed in the direction of the arrow J by means of a toggle mechanism for the links 14, 15 so that the pin 8' is surely held. Further, in the case of the removal, the cylinder 12 is extended, the pin 8' is released from the hook 11 under the action of a return spring 17. With this arrangement, the replacement can be surely and rapidly made by only one operator.

      SOLUTION: A controller 64 sets an interference prevention area A on a coordinate so as to cover the all movement area of the cab 13 formed liftably, and calculates the coordinate of a part B to be monitored from information on boom angle sensor 62, a stick angle sensor 63, and the maximum diameter of an attachment 28. Solenoid proportional valves 66 as pilot pressure stop valves are installed in a pilot line 48bu for boom up and a pilot line 48si for stick-in. The solenoid proportional valve 66 has a function to eliminate a pilot pressure signal for boom raising and a pilot pressure signal for stick-in to a control valve 42 by a pilot pressure stop signal output from the controller 64 according to a determination that the part B to be monitored reaches the interference prevention area A.
