    • PURPOSE:To closely adhere the reference plane of a material to be inspected to a measuring reference plane, even when the material has a large aspect ratio. CONSTITUTION:To the measurement reference plane 5a provided on a measuring part 5, a material to be inspected 1 is supported by the freely rockable receiving member 3 of a moving device 4, and moved in an arrowed direction to closely adhere its reference plane 1a. The moving device 4 has a connecting member 15 fixed to the top end part of the piston rod 13 of a fluid pressure cylinder 11, a guide 18 having a female taper part 18a fixed to the connecting member 15, and a lever 17 having a male taper member 16. The lever 17 is regularly energized in the arrowed direction, the male taper member 16 is closely adhered and stood straight to the female taper part 18a, and the lever 17 is rocked when it is moved against the resilient force of a spring 19, and a first spherical protruding part 17a comes into contact with a recessed part 15a.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a black chromate film which is continuously stable and has good quality by a regenerated black chromate bath by oxidizing and regenerating the Cr in a black chromate bath to Cr by an anode, recovering the silver ion in said bath under movement through a cation exchange membrane on a cathode as metallic silver and reusing the same. CONSTITUTION:A black chemical conversion film of chromate is formed on a Zn-plated layer when, for example, a Zn-plated material is subjected to an immersion treatment in the black chromate bath of an anode chamber 3, i.e., anolyte in the case of using the chamber 3 as a black chromate bath cell. The excess zinc dissolves in the bath and Cr forms and increases in this treating stage. DC current is conducted between both electrodes 5 and 6 of a regenerating cell 1 and the Cr in the bath is oxidized and regenerated to Cr on the surface of the anode 5. A part of the zinc ion and silver ion dissolved in the bath are dialyzed through a cation exchange membrane 2 and the dissolved in the catholyte so as to be made into zinc sulfate and silver sulfate. The silver ion is selectively reduced on the cathode 6 and is recoverd as the depositing metallic silver. The zinc ion is dissolved as zinc sulfate in the catholyte and is easily separated.
