摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, especially a self-adjusting torque device, for supplying a material or collecting waste by a winding system.SOLUTION: The self-adjusting torque device includes: a driving module which is connected to a power input apparatus and has a force that is a first tension generated by the power input apparatus; a driven module, which is connected to a winding material and has a force that is a second tension applied on the winding material; and an adjusting module, which is connected to the driving module and to the driven module and adjusts a distance between the driving module and the driven module by use of the second tension force so as to keep the second tension to be consistent with the first tension. By the present invention, stable tensile force applied to the winding material can be achieved and precision of material supply or recovery is assured.
