    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regulating the amount of NH3 of a denitration apparatus which can reduce regulating elements for decreasing the deviation of the measure value of NOx at the outlet of the denitration apparatus from a set value and find out an optimum amount of NH3 for correction. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a means for obtaining a total amount of NOx from a gas flow rate at the inlet of a denitration apparatus and the output of an NOx meter at the inlet, an operation part for obtaining a necessary mole ratio from NOx concentrations at the inlet and outlet of the denitration apparatus, a means for obtaining the amount of NH3 to be injected from the total amount of NOx and the necessary mole ratio, a one step differential circuit for obtaining a bias value of NH3 to be injected precedingly which is added only when a load is changed, and a flow-regulating valve for NH3 regulated on the basis of the bias value and the amount of NH3 to be injected. At the start of the change of the load based on a load command, the amount of NH3 to be injected is corrected by operating a flow regulating valve 2 for the amount of NH3 in one stroke to a valve travel through a setting device 17a which sets up a valve travel corresponding to each load in advance at the arrival of the change of the load.

SOLUTION: An automatic power plant controller is provided with boiler/ turbine cooperative control function wherein the amount of fuel, the amount of feed water and the amount of air are controlled by the input of a boiler load requiring signal produced based on a power generating amount command 1 from a central power supplying system, while a turbine governor is controlled based on a turbine output command 18 produced based on the power generating amount command 1 from the central power supplying system. Such an automatic power plant controller is provided with a correcting means for adding a boiler load requirement correcting fundamental signal due to a system frequency difference 5, or a signal produced by multiplying a correcting value produced through the input of the power generating amount command 1 by the boiler load requirement correcting fundamental signal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress the NOx concn. in the outlet of a denitration reactor to an already set value or below by providing the apparatus with means for detecting a frequency in precedence to a rapid change in the NOx concn. in the gas to be treated by a frequency fluctuation and correcting the injection rate of ammonia by increasing or decreasing this rate. SOLUTION: This ammonia injection controller has the injection rate correcting means 59 for correcting the necessary ammonia flow rate signal 35 by increasing or decreasing the same in correspondence to the fluctuation rate of the frequency in precedence to the rapid change in the NOx concn. in the gas to be treated by the fluctuation in the frequency. This means previously calculates the corresponding load fluctuation rate in accordance with the fluctuation rate of the frequency fluctuation by a differentiator 62 from the AFC signal 61 transmitted by an AFC command 60 and the upper and lower limit values of the load fluctuation rate is limitted by an upper and lower limiter 63. A load command signal 52 based on a DPC command or ALR command with respect to this signal 64 is multiplied by a multiplier 65 to form an increase/decrease correction signal 66 for the ammonia injection rate, by which the bias correction of the necessary ammonia flow rate signal 35 is executed. As a result, the correction of the ammonia injection rate is added.

    • PURPOSE:To protect combustion definitely and prevent error operation as well by cutting off the supply of combustion based on one of the following cases, say, either when an air flow rate detection value drops to a setting value where combustion fails to continue based on an air/fuel ratio of when the air flow rate detection value drops to the minimum set air flow rate. CONSTITUTION:The ratio between a fuel flow rate and an air flow rate is computed. Then, the results of the computation are output as air fuel ratio signals 21 to 23. The signals below a stipulated signal value are picked up as a contact signal by an air fuel ratio drop detector 5. An air flow rate lower limit detector 6 is installed for air flow rate signals 24 to 26 and those below a stipulated flow rate value are picked up as a contact signal. If either two contacts among three contacts are operated based on these both contact signals, an AND circuit 14 which carries out a unit tip, will be formed so that the unit trip may take place by an OR circuit 16 even when operated twice based on either contact. This construction makes it possible to protect a combustion device and prevent serious accidents.
