      SOLUTION: A high-molecular polymer (I) having a molecular weight of 8000-30000 in which 50% or more of total molecular terminal groups are hydrolyzable silicon group and 1-200 pts.wt. of a high-molecular polymer (II) having a molecular weight of 4000-30000 in which less than 50% of the total molecular terminal groups are hydrolyzable silicon group per 100 pts.wt. of the high-molecular polymer (I) are mixed to make the room temperature curing composition. The room temperature curing composition has the enough low viscosity and does not deteriorate the flexibility of its curing material even if an inorganic filler is used.
