      SOLUTION: The driver-integrated piezoelectric pump includes a housing having a circular concave portion for receiving a piezoelectric vibrator and a substrate receiving space for receiving a control substrate on which an electric component for controlling the supply of electricity to the piezoelectric vibrator is mounted, and an annular seal member in contact with at least one of front and rear surfaces of the piezoelectric vibrator received in the circular concave portion so as to form a liquid pump chamber between the piezoelectric vibrator and the circular concave portion. The driver-integrated piezoelectric pump performs pumping by vibrating the piezoelectric vibrator so as to supply and discharge liquid into and from the liquid pump chamber. The housing has a liquid leakage path for making a space outside the annular seal member communicate with the substrate receiving space.
