SOLUTION: This powder paint color changer features a single cleaning fluid port at one end of color changer manifold for direction of cleaning fluid, such as pressurized air, through a main output interior chamber of the color changer manifold thence through a supply hose which is adapted for coupling to a paint application device. Additionally, the powder paint color changer manifold includes a replaceable insert of an impact fusion resistant material which defines the surface of the manifold's interior cavity. SOLUTION: A powder spray gun for spraying an electrically charged powder is a gun body section and is provided with the gun body section forming a surface along the axis of the gun body section and having an internal powder receiving chamber comprising a material resistant to powder impact fusion, and a replaceable output chamber communicating for fluid flow with the internal powder receiving chamber and having a powder swirl and an electrically charging chamber comprising a material resistant to abrasion caused by the powder and powder impact fusion.
