    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make jackets hard to slip or cause lose winding of a fire hose by having high thixotropy due to effects of bentonite blended with resin liquid and having rubber or synthetic resin component hardly infiltrate between fibers to prevent the jacket from hardening, increasing the thickness of a surface treatment by foaming of resin adhering to the surface of the jacket by a foaming agent, and increasing frictional resistance.
      SOLUTION: In the fire hose in which a soft rubber or synthetic resin lining is formed on the inner surface of a jacket that is woven into a cylinder shape with warp and woof, the resin liquid obtained by adding bentonite and foaming agent to emulsion of rubber or synthetic resin is coated on the outer surface of the jacket, and the surface is heated and dried.

      SOLUTION: The sand filter 1 is provided with a container 2 charged with waste water from the upper part, the water collecting material 3 formed of cylindrical woven fabric having a self-keeping property by using thread having bending resilience in a part of the weft and housed in the container 2, a sand layer 4 filling the upper side of the water collecting material 3 in the container 2 and an air tube 16 inserted in the water collecting material 3 over the whole length. Thereby, high-pressure air can be supplied even into the inner part of the water collecting material 3 through the air tube 16 and clogging is certainly solved even in the case of generating clogging in the water collecting material 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain method from the seashore and its drain pipe, for performing construction, without impairing a scenery as practical as possible, by facilitating laying work of the drain pipe.
      SOLUTION: An excavation hole 4 is formed in the seashore by an excavator 3. The water permeable drain pipe 6 is mainly composed of cylindrical woven fabric 10 having a self-shape keeping property by using thread having bending repulsion in a part of at least the weft, and is connected to a tip part of an excavation rod 5 of the excavator 3. The drain pipe 6 connected to the excavation rod 5 is pulled in the excavation hole 4 by extracting the excavation rod 5 from the excavation hole 4. Thus, the laying work of the drain pipe 6 is facilitated, and the drain pipe 6 can also be laid in the seashore without impairing the scenery as practical as possible.

Since the ring cylindrical body 3 is a ring of the cylindrical body 4 with the cylindrical woven fabric 8 as a main body and applied with airtight processing, it has flexibility and high pressure resistance. Since a kink phenomenon is not generated when a pressure fluid is fed to pressurize, the ring cylindrical body 3 is bent smoothly to form a smooth ring.

SOLUTION: In a fire fighting hose so formed that a lining of rubber or synthetic resin is applied on the inner surface of a jacket formed such that warps and wefts are woven in a cylindrical shape, a small part 3 is formed at a tip part and a large part 2 is formed at a rear part, and the large part 2 and the small part 3 are continued through a taper part 4 wherein an inside diameter is continuously changed. Since the small part 3 is formed at the tip of the hose, a nozzle 7 is coupled thereto to easily facilitate like a small fire fighting hose. Further, the large part 2 is formed at the rear part of the hose. Water is supplied from a fire fighting pump to a cylinder tip hose 1 for fire fighting through a large fire fighting hose, and water is allowed to pass with high efficiency by suppressing pressure loss.
