In such a way, respectively independent unit work is performed successively and continuously according to the order of the stages to a tank 22 of the lower part from a tank 21 of the upper part in the integrated tanks 1, 2. As a result, the number of times of connection of a pipeline can be made little and carrier distance is shortened. Therefore production efficiency is more enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently perform injection into a container, discharge to a portable tank, etc., and cleaning of the container, by suspending the container at an end of a turning arm, turning the arm, and moving the container to each work table. CONSTITUTION:A service tank 6 or the like container is suspended at a supending part 5 at an circular end part of a turning arm 4. The tank 6 is sequentially moved to a measuring table 8, an injection table 9, a discharging table 10 and a cleaning table 11 by the action of a driving source 3. On the measuring table 8, while the tank 6 is supported by a supporting rod 22, a cylinder 20 is activated to raise a measuring device 21 and the weight of the raw material in the tank 6 is measured by the measuring device 21. At, the injection table 9, a lid 27 is lowered into the tank 6 and the raw material is stirred by stirring vanes 26. At the discharging table 10, the raw material and tone sub material are compounded, and continuously discharged to a tank 31. On the cleaning table 11, as a cleaning liquid is pressurized and jetted out and the stirring vane 26 is rotated, the inside of the tank 6 is cleaned.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the most efficient optimum batch production process by a method wherein operation process is set up three dimensionally on multiple floors to provide the collective operation of the same system and the devices three-dimentionally in the order of the stepwise proceeding of the operation process. CONSTITUTION:There are provided fixed tanks 8 and 8', fixing devices thereof, transfer tanks 10 and 10'' and automatic dollies 6 and 6' for mounting the transfer tank for use in the operation process comprising the steps of material feeding 5, preparation 9, heat exchange 13, stirring 14, reactive distillation 12, sample take-away 20, solid- liquid separation 15, drying 16, product filling 18, etc. The aforesaid tanks, the fixing devices and the dollies are positioned in each floor in such manner as to permit a collective operation in the same system. Furthermore, the aforesaid devices are arranged from the top to the lower floor in the order of the stepwise progress of the operation process. The materials are sent up to the top floor and admitted into the fixed tanks 8 and 8' by a container 1 or through a piping leading thereto and thereafter sent down from the top to the lower floor through the piping so as to be supplied or taken away into the fixed tanks 8 and 8' or the transfer tanks 10 and 10', so that a separate unit operation is performed in each of the aforesaid tanks. As a result, the most efficient bath production process can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To avert the stagnation of a moving tank in a work stage by disposing work stations varying in work time respectively on one side of a transporting path where an automatic transporting truck travels and transferring and resetting the moving tank to the respective work stations via the automatic transporting truck after the work on a roller conveyor. CONSTITUTION:The roller conveyor 9 is disposed between the standby station 6 and the transfer stations 7a to 7d and the plural work stations 1, 2 which are approximately the same in the work time are respectively provided on the conveyor 9. The moving tank 20 is moved on the conveyor 9 and causes the work to be carried out by the stations 1, 2. The work stations 3 to 5 respectively varying in the work time in succession thereto are disposed respectively one or in plurality on one side or both sides of the transporting path 14 of the automatic transporting truck 10. The moving tank 20 is transferred into the truck 10. The moving tank 20 is then transferred and reset to the station 3 to 5 via the truck 10. The prescribed works are then successively carried out. The moving tank 20 is transferred to the standby station 6 after the end of the work and is made to stand by.

    • PURPOSE:To easily supply foodstuff to respective tanks by placing respective open type tanks having different capacities on an automatic feed truck to feed the same and forming the feed path thereof to a space part intercepted from the outside, and allowing a supply port to face to the space part so as to insert through the upper cover of the space part to provide a drop receiver to the lower part of the supply port. CONSTITUTION:Open type tanks 1 having different capacities are place on an automatic feed truck 2 to be fed through a feed path. The feed path is formed to a space part intercepted from the outside and the supply port of a raw material, an auxiliary raw material or the like is allowed to face to the interior of the space part through the upper cover 10 of the space part and a drop receiver 11 is provided to the lower part of the supply port. As a result, the supply of foodstuff to the moving tanks having different capacities becomes easy. That is, since the tanks are formed as the open type ones, the raw material can be supplied from the supply port within the diameter range of the tanks and accurate positioning is not required. Since the feed path is formed to the space part intercepted from the outside, no dust is mixed.
