Based on this CAD data, an editing part 13 creates a three-dimensional model of the product. Further, a database 15 is searched for registered product manufacture information related to the same product or similar products. Upon an instruction from the user 3, a demonstration plant 19 creates process data from development plan information and carries out demonstrative processing. The results are proposed to the user 3 as proposal information. The user 3 properly purchases merchandise related to sheet metal facilities, by referring to the proposal information.
