    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the wiring to a coil adequately and easily, in a suspension device furnishing an air spring, and a device to control the relative movement by an electromagnetic force. SOLUTION: An air room AR is partitioned by supporting its upper end to the upper part of a piston rod 12, as well as supporting its lower end to the outer peripheral surface of a cylinder 11 by housings (20, 30, and 40) having the flexibility at least in the vertical direction, and surrounding a damper device 10. A coil assembly 60 consisting by winding plural coils 62 on the outer surface of a tubular bobbin 61 is housed airtight at the inner surface of an inner tube 31 by making the piston rod 12 as the axial center, and a magnet member 70 is supported to the cylinder 11 opposing to the inner surface of the bobbin 61. Between the inner surface of the inner tube 31 and the outer surface of the coil assembly 60, a communication passage 61e to communicate the outer part and a coil 62 is formed in a condition to cut off the communication with the air room AR, and a lead wire 63 connecting to the coils is pulled out to the outer side through the communication passage 61e.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration when an electric air compressor is stopped by stopping the compressor after reducing the pressure of an air pipe between a shut-off valve and the compressor by an atmosphere open valve with the shut-off valve closed when stopping raising of the vehicle height. SOLUTION: A controller 39 controls current supplied to an electric motor 38 based on the vehicle height measured by a vehicle height sensor 43. That is to say, when a measured value of the vehicle height corresponds to a set value, the operation of the electric motor 38 is stopped and a plurality of shut- off valves 34, 35 and an atmosphere open valve 41 are closed. When onboard load is increased making the vehicle height under the set value due to such reasons as the increased number of passengers, the atmosphere open valve 41 is opened and then the electric motor 38 is energized after the elapse of a predetermined time to drive an electric air compressor 13. Then, after a predetermined time has passed, the atmosphere open valve 41 is closed and each shut-off valve 34, 35 is opened. With this configuration, torque variation of the electric motor 38 are minimized reducing the vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To make slow the torque change in a motor and the rise of air pressure and decrease vibration of a motor by shutting a cut-off valve when adjustment is conducted so that the car height is raised, and starting a motor-driven air compressor after duration of such a condition for a certain period that an atmosphere releasing valve is opened. CONSTITUTION:When the on-board load is increased by the increment, etc., of the number of driver and passenger(s) to cause lowering of the car height. it is sensed by a car height sensor 43, and a control device 39 opens an atmosphere releasing valve 41. After elapse of a certain period of time, current is fed to a motor 38 to put a motor-driven air compressor 13 in operation, and also the valve 41 is blocked while cut-off valves 34, 35 are opened. At this time, the air pressure in a conduit 28 sinks in the period from opening of the valve 41 till start of the motor 38, and the load on the compressor 13 reduces, so that the torque change in the motor 38 becomes gradual, and the vibration decreases. High pressure air is supplied to the air chambers 24, 25 of shock absorbers 16, 17 in association with operation of the compressor 13, and the car height is raised.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling for piping which can improve reliability against coming off pipes with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This coupling for piping has a cylindrical coupling body 20, a circular sealing member (O ring) 30 arranged between an inner peripheral surface 26 of the coupling body 20 and an outer peripheral surface of a pipe 10 inserted into the coupling body 20, and a retaining member 40 inserted into the coupling body 20 and attached to an outer periphery of the pipe 10 for retaining the sealing member and the pipe inside the coupling body. A detachable guide member 50 is attached to the coupling body 20, the guide member 50 being composed of a circular base for inserting the pipe; a plurality of arms extended from the base in an axial direction thereof at the circumferential positions corresponding to legs 42 of the retaining member 40; locking part extended from the base lockable with the outer periphery of the coupling body; and a circular guide 58 extended in the axial direction of the base. In this state, the circular guide of the guide member is allowed to enter an aperture of the coupling body.
