An electrode 23 faces the bottom surface 17a via a base plate 24 and is electrically connected by using a wiring 21 for a base plate ground 15a of a sensor base plate 15.

With this instrument, the attitude of measurement object can be measured without needing an expensive and complex element such as a gyroscope, and the IC tag that is contacted by liquid is easily decided without using any additional energy.
