摘要：広い濃度範囲の測定と低濃度での高感度化とを両立した、精度の高い自動分析装置を提供する。光源40からの微小粒子による光吸収の感度が高い複数の波長λ1からλ12の信号は、分光光度系(検出器)41で吸光度に変換される。吸光度は、事前に定義された変換テーブル54を用いてノイズ分をキャンセルした2次パラメータに変換され、この2次パラメータを元に演算部(算出手段)53で被測定物質(所定成分)の濃度が算出される。これにより、低濃度でもノイズに強くかつ高濃度まで分析可能になる。

As reagent dispensing mechanisms, a pretreatment-liquid/flow-based analysis reagent dispensing mechanism used in the intermediate disk and first and second reagent dispensing mechanisms are provided.

Noise is estimated based on the reaction process data of the sub-angle photoreceiver, and noise is reduced by subtracting the estimated noise from the reaction process data of the main angle photoreceiver.
