    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide black toner for two-component developer which does not cause toner deposition of the background of an image and toner scattering or the like, especially, in the case of consecutively outputting many sheets of images having large image area, is excellent in fluidity, and hardly causes the occurrence of filming or the like, and further with which stable image quality is obtained over a long term even in the case of using small particle size toner, and to provide a two-component developer, a toner container, an image forming apparatus and an image forming method. SOLUTION: The black toner for two-component developer is used in the image forming apparatus (developing device) where the two-component developer consisting of toner and carrier is stirred by a stirring means, so that toner particles are triboelectrified, and the two-component developer including the electrified toner particles is held on a turnable nearly cylindrical developer carrier having a magnetic field generating means inside, whereby an electrostatic latent image formed on the image carrier is developed. The toner is constituted by incorporating a colorant made of at least metallic material in binding resin, and the saturation magnetization of the toner is 0.01 to 0 emu/g, and true specific gravity thereof is 1.35 to 1.60 g/cm3.
