If a hand is placed near the sensor electrode 38 and a change occurs in the capacitance of a capacitor in a control device 40, a motor 18 operates to open lids 14A and 14B. In this state, if the hand is again placed near the sensor electrode 38, the motor 18 operates to close the lids 14A and 14B. Since use of such a capacitance sensor 36 requires less operation stroke and less finger power compared to a press button or the like, it is easy to activate the motor 18 to open or close the lids 14A and 14B at any position.
