摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve efficiency in a commodity arrangement work by a shop clerk. SOLUTION: For each commodity display rack 109 installed in a sales space 105 in a shop, a RFID reader 122 is attached. The RFID reader 122 reads a commodity code from a RFID tag 121 attached to a commodity 103. A server 117 which performs a system control unit compares the commodity code in the commodity 103 with display permission information stored in a data base 142 which performs a rack rule storage unit, for determining whether the read commodity code is the commodity 103 which is to be displayed in the commodity display rack 109. If it is determined that a commodity other than the commodity 103 which is to be displayed in the commodity display rack 109 is displayed, the server 117 controls output of notification signal to perform notification operation against a PDA terminal 112.
