The innermost core layer of the fine particle (C) is formed by a step of polymerizing a monomer (Y) containing 0.1-40 wt.% of the monomer (A) and the monomer (B) in an amount larger than that of the monomer (A) and the difference of the glass transition temperatures between the innermost core layer and the outermost shell layer of the fine particle (C) is 0-10°C.
