摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently carry out a chamfering work at low cost without carrying out a troublesome coordinate input operation or a complicated control program to a workpiece whose form is three-dimensionally changed. SOLUTION: A machining device includes a base, a workpiece holding and rotating means provided on the base to hold and rotate the workpiece, a moving means provided on the base to reciprocate a working head to the workpiece, a working means for operating a working tool on an upper edge part or a lower edge part of the workpiece to carry out a working operation, a copying means for allowing a copying member to abut on a lower edge part or an upper edge part of the workpiece in an opposite side to the above side so as to copy an outline form of the workpiece, and a pressing means for pressing the working head to the workpiece. A working operation part of the working tool is vertically opposed to a copying operation part of the copying member with a prescribed space provided therebetween. An inclination angle of the working operation part is set to be the same as an inclination angle of the copying operation part in degree and a direction of the working operation part is set to be opposite to that of the copying operation part.
