The control means 20 stores a driving signal level of the inverter circuit 3 when the heating period is terminated, gradually lowers the driving signal level resulting in stopping of the inverter circuit 3. When the heating period is initiated, the control means 20 gradually raises the driving signal level of the inverter circuit 3 from a low-power level and executes feedback control after outputting the stored driving signal level or the predetermined driving signal level, thereby suppressing production of the sound.
