SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus includes: a delay time variable filter 2 that has a tapped delay line from one end of which input data 1 are sequentially received and to the other end of which the input data 1 are sequentially shifted by each input operation and that can change a delay time of the impulse response to the input data 1 and calculates and outputs a product sum between a tap coefficient determined on the basis of the impulse response and the input data 1; and a control section 3 that outputs a delay amount control signal 5 for controlling a delay time of the delay time variable filter 2, a filter output calculation control signal 4 for controlling ON / OFF of the product sum calculation of the delay time variable filter 2, and an input signal shift control signal 6 for applying ON / OFF control to the shift operation of the input data in the tapped delay line of the delay time variable filter 2, and the radio communication apparatus converts a sample frequency of the input data 1 and provides an output of the result.
