摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist containing gas analyzer capable of easily and accurately measuring the concentration of a substance to be measured in a target gas containing mist of the substance to be measured.SOLUTION: A mist containing gas analyzer comprises a collection vessel 116 in which a collected liquid 2 can be stored, a sampling tube 111 for sampling combustion exhaust gas 1, a guide tube 112, an introduction tube 114, etc., an electrothermal heater 113 which heats the tubes 111, 112, 114 so as to atomize amine or the like sampled by the tubes 111, 112, 114, a feed tube 115 or the like for feeding the gas 1 sampled by the tubes 111, 112, 114 into the collected liquid 2 inside of the collection vessel 116, a clean liquid introduction tube 132 or the like for feeding supplying a clean liquid 3 to the pipe 115 and feeding the amine or the like deposited on the tube 115 from the tube 115 into the collection vessel 116 together with the clean liquid 3, and a measuring device 130 which measures the concentration of the amine or the like in the liquids 2, 3.

摘要：【課題】アミン吸収液中の鉄イオンを短時間で且つ高精度に定量することができ、早期にアミン吸収液の腐食性を増大する因子を取り除く措置を図ることができる酸性ガス回収方法及びシステム並びに鉄イオン分析方法及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】吸収塔10で、酸性ガスを含有する処理対象ガスにアミン吸収液を気液接触させて、アミン吸収液に酸性ガスを吸収させ、再生塔20で、酸性ガスを吸収したアミン吸収液から、酸性ガスを放散させてアミン吸収液を再生し、このように循環利用するアミン吸収液を、鉄イオン分析装置40のキレート樹脂に通液し、アミン吸収液中の鉄イオンをキレート樹脂に吸着させ、次に、この鉄イオンを吸着させたキレート樹脂に、再生液を通液し、鉄イオンを脱離させ、キレート樹脂を再生するとともに、鉄イオンを含有する再生液を得る。この鉄イオンを含有する再生液中の鉄イオンを定量して、アミン吸収液中の鉄イオン濃度を算出する。【選択図】図1

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist-containing gas analysis apparatus capable of simply and accurately measuring a concentration of a substance to be measured in target gas containing mist of the substance to be measured.SOLUTION: The mist-containing gas analysis apparatus includes: measuring instruments 145, 144, 146, 147 for measuring the pressure, temperature, flow rate, and water content of combustion exhaust gas 1; a collection container 116 in which a collection liquid 2 is stored; a sampling tube 111 and a guide tube 112 for sucking and sampling combustion exhaust gas by a suction blower 122 and feeding the combustion exhaust gas into the collection liquid stored in the collection container 116; an operation control device 140 for controlling the suction blower 122 so that a suction speed of the combustion exhaust gas by the suction blower 122 is a predetermined rate to a gas flow velocity of the combustion exhaust gas calculated based on the measurement value; liquid fractionation means for fractionating the liquid in the collection container 116; and a measurement device 130 for measuring the concentration of the substance to be measured included in the liquid fractionated by the liquid fractionation means.

SOLUTION: When a welding start up switch 11 is put on, a pre-flow control part 12 makes a gas signal SG and a weld control part 13 outputs a gas. When the welding start up switch 11 is put on once again after that, a weld start up signal SW is output from the pre-flow control part 12 so as to generate an arc by a weld control part 13. Thus, a pre-flow control, which outputs the gas prior to the generation of the arc, can be carried out and the pre-flow time can be decided by a put-on interval of the weld start up switch 11.
