    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a gas leak.
      SOLUTION: When a cut-off valve 6 is closed by detection of an abnormal state, in order to recover the valve 6 to a normal state, a valve opening/closing signal is outputted from a valve opening/closing control part 8 to open and close the cut-off valve 6 when a recovery signal is inputted from a recovery signal input part 7, pressure is filled, and a gas leak inspection is performed over a prescribed period of time at the point where a standby time passes from pressure filling completion where a pressure filling completion signal is outputted from the valve opening/closing control part 8. When there is no leak, the cut-off valve 6 is opened and recovered to a normal state. When there is a leak, the closed state of the cut-off valve 6 is continued. When a leak determining part 16 receives a leak selection signal by remote communication, when the leak selection signal is highly accurately selected, the leak determining time is set longer than when the signal is selected with normal accuracy, and the objected is achieved.
