摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up gas supply by a manual return while ensuring safety and improve convenience in a gas meter which allows an automatic return and manual return of a shutoff valve. SOLUTION: The gas meter includes a return button for giving a return direction allowing the shutoff valve to return from a shutoff state to a valve-open state. A first pressure value and a second pressure value, which is different from the first pressure value, which are to be compared to a gas pressure, are set. Without the reception of the return direction from the return button, after a lapse of a waiting time from the shutoff of the shutoff valve or its shutoff direction, the shutoff valve is changed to the valve-open state from the shutoff state. After a lapse of a predetermined time from the opening of the shutoff valve, the shutoff valve is controlled to be the shutoff state. When a decrease value in the gas pressure is the first pressure value or below, the shutoff valve is controlled to be the valve-open state, the shutoff valve is changed to the valve-open state with the reception of the return direction from the return button, and after a lapse of a predetermined time, the shutoff valve is changed to the shutoff state. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas shutoff device capable of correctly detecting leakage of an inner pipe even when pulsation exists, and surely registering pilot flame.
SOLUTION: A gas meter device 1 is composed of a flow rate measuring means 3, a computing means 6, a pilot flame discriminating means 7, a section computing means 8, a flow presence/absence determining means 9, a control means 10, a display section 4, a seismoscope 5, a shutoff means 2 and an external communicating means 11. The presence of flow is determined when the difference between the maximum flow rate and the minimum flow rate from the section computing means 8 is within a prescribed allowable width, a section average flow rate is within a prescribed allowable range, and the average of the section average flow rate in continuation by a prescribed number of times, is not within an average determination flow rate, and the leakage of the inner pipe is established in the continuation for a prescribed time.

SOLUTION: A gas security device 10 includes an apparatus discrimination part 14 for performing apparatus discrimination from a gas flow rate measured by a flow measuring part 11 and its flow rate change characteristic, the first security function part 13 for performing security processing according to elapse of a using time set in each flow rate section, the second security function part 15 for performing security processing according to elapse of a using time set in each apparatus by using apparatus discrimination results, a flow rate change determination part 19 for determining existence of a flow rate change over a prescribed value, a cutoff valve 17 for performing a security processing, and an announcement part 18. When a specific apparatus is discriminated, the flow rate change determination part 19 changes a little a threshold for flow rate change determination, and when a flow rate change is determined by the flow rate change determination part 19, the first security function part 13 and the second security function part 15 reset count of the using time.
