摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expendables collection system which makes a user conscious of collection of used expendables to improve a collection rate of used expendables. SOLUTION: The expendables collection system includes: a collection department terminal to which the weight of used expendables collected is input as a collection amount; a disposal business terminal to which a disposal method of used expendables is input; an information storage part 51 wherein a unit reduction value indicating a CO 2 emission reduction value per unit amount with respect to each disposal method is stored as reduction value information 512; an emission reduction value calculating part 53 which specifies a unit reduction value on the basis of the input disposal method and multiplies the predetemined unit reduction value and the input collection amount to calculate a reduced amount of CO 2 emission as an emission reduction value; and a mail generation part 54 and a transmission/reception part 55 which inform a user company of the emission reduction value calculated by the emission reduction value calculating part 53, as a disposal report mail.
