    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire screen which can remarkably improve a separation capacity such as a dewatering rate etc., by preventing the clogging of slits.
      SOLUTION: The wire screen 1A has a plurality of ring members 2a, 2b, and 2c which are arranged along one axis X0 to be separated from each other and have different inner diameters and a plurality of wires 3 and 4 which are fixed to the inner circumference surfaces of the ring members and arranged around the axis X0 to form a conical shape. The slits are formed between the things adjacent to each other of the wires 3 and 4 and extend straightly and continuously from the small-diameter end over the large-diameter end of the conical shape. A plurality of recesses are formed in advance in the inner circumference surfaces of the ring members 2a, 2b, and 2c. If the wires 3 and 4 are inserted into the recesses, the wires can be positioned correctly, and the widths of the slits formed between the wires can exactly be regulated.
