    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key input device which can be configured thin and compact, while ensuring a long lifting stroke of a key top.SOLUTION: Tip parts 44d of a pair of arms 44 extending integrally from a fixed part 42, and both sides of a key top 41A on the front 41d side are coupled by a coupling part 46. When a downward pressing force F1 is applied to the central part of the operation surface 49 of the key top 41A, a bending moment M1 having a fulcrum at a connection 45 on the proximal side, and a bending moment M2 having a fulcrum at a coupling part 46 on the distal side act on the arm 44. Since the arm 44 deforms into S-shape having bending deformation parts (i), (ii), the key top 41A can lower in substantially horizontal position. Since the key top 41A has such a structure that it is supported by the arms 44, 44 on both sides, it can be made compact while ensuring a long lifting stroke.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device equipped with a stand mechanism capable of securing a sufficient height even though the dimension in a cross direction of a cover case is small.SOLUTION: An input device 1 includes: an input part 10 for performing an input operation; a cover case 30 arranged to surround an outer circumference of the input part 10; and a stand mechanism 20 capable of arranging a stand object on a top face 30a of the cover case 30. The stand mechanism 20 is provided at the rear side of the cover case 30 if an input operator side of the input part 10 is assumed to be a front side, and has a first locking part 21 capable of locking the stand object at a top face position of the case cover 30 and a first support part 25 capable of supporting the stand object which is locked at the first locking part 21 and inclined to the rear side at a prescribed angle. The first support part 25 has a rotary shaft in the cross section to be pivoted to the case cover 30, and can be stored to be embedded in the top face 30a of the cover case 30, and also can be switched to a state of projecting from the top face 30a of the cover case 30.
