      SOLUTION: The panel for a banking construction method is formed by combining panels with a plurality of wall surfaces 1 lined up in a lateral direction forming the abutting shape 2 of both edges at openings of vertical grooves from the upper ends to the lower ends in a vertical direction between the respective rectangular wall surfaces and having the grooves narrower in the dimension between the back faces near the openings of the grooves or both abutting edges than the dimension between the back faces in the inner parts of the grooves; panels 3 having the abutting shape of both edges at the openings of the grooves in a vertical direction at constant spaces on a strip-like plate and narrower in the width of the back faces near the openings of the grooves than the width of the back face at the backward projected inner parts; and rectangular joint panels 4 having end parts of C-shaped cross section like C-channels and narrower in the opening width than the inner part, at a pair of opposite sides and inserted in the groove direction along the back faces of the grooves of the above panels so as not to come off in a vertical direction to the groove direction.

      SOLUTION: A vessel 1 is formed into a sphere or a distorted sphere (for example, an egg-like shape) formed by rotating the major or minor axis of an ellipse by 360° and a plurality of plate-shaped agitation blades 3 are rotated so that the edge part of each of the agitation blades 3 is moved along the inside surface of the vessel. Many holes are formed on each of the agitation blades 3 so that fungi 9, the bacteria bed 10 and the organic residue 11 are mixed/agitated elaborately with one another by making them leak from many holes and the power consumption is reduced when the agitation blades 3 are rotated. A rotary shaft 6 of the agitation blades 3 is inclined with respect to the ground so that such a flow is generated that the contents slide down along the rotary shaft 6 by gravity and the synergistic effect can be produced between the elaborate agitation and the generated flow.
