    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality injection molding by detecting a resin pressure in a molding die and comparing this detected value with two different set values, high and low, and at the same time, determining the molding of a defective product in accordance with the results of the comparison, and dispatching a warning to stop an injection molding process. SOLUTION: A resin 6 is injected and packed into the interior of a cavity 3 formed by a fixed molding die 1 and a movable molding die 2, from an injection device 5 through a gate part 4. In this case, the tip part of a rod part 7a as a pressure transfer pin on a strain gauge-type resin pressure detection sensor 7 is arranged in such a state that the tip part faces the cavity 3 near a position in which a short shot is easy to appear. In addition, a pressure indicator 8 is connected to the sensor 7 through a flexible cable 9. If a value detected by the sensor 7 is higher than a high set value established by the pressure indicator 8, it is judged that an overpacked product has been formed. On the other hand, if the detected value is lower than a low set value 8, it is judged that a short packed product has been formed, and a warning is generated, and at the same time the injected molding process is suspended.

In the outer end part 15b, the end part of the first spacer material 17 is surrounded by the first filtration medium 16 and the second filtration medium 18 with the end part 19a of the second spacer material 19 exposed.

    • PURPOSE:To subject an element for a fluid filter to incineration treatment without decomposing and fractionating the same. CONSTITUTION:An element 1 for a fluid filter is constituted of filter paper 2 folded into a bellows shape in almost constant width to be molded into a cylindrical shape, two holding plates 3 holding both ends of the filter paper in the folded ridgeline direction thereof and a reinforcing tube 4 formed into a cylindrical shape having a large number of through-holes provided to the peripheral wall part thereof so that the peripheral wall part is brought into contact with the folded ridgelines on the inner or outer peripheral side of the filter paper to be attached to the holding plate 3. The holding plate and the reinforcing tube are made of paper or the holding plate is made of a combustible resin while the reinforcing tube is made of paper or the holding plate is made of paper and a combustible resin and the reinforcing tube is made of paper. The reinforcing tube is made of resin impregnated paper according to circumstances.
