    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a pressure pump or the like for a fuel oil and reduce the cost of equipment of a gas burner by a method wherein when an oil and a gas are burnt in a multifuel combustion manner, a combustion gas of low pressure is supplied from the center of a gas burner, and a fuel oil from the outer circumferential part of said gas nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The gas nozzle has a gas nozzle part 2 to which a gas of given pressure is introduced from a passage 4. The gas is passed through said nozzle part 2 and jetted out from a jetting end part 5. A plurality of oil nozzle parts 3 inclining so as to face to the jetting part 5 are provided around the gas nozzle part 2. A fuel oil having a given pressure passes through a plurality of passages 6 in the gas burner, reaches the oil nozzle parts 3, mixes with the gas in the jetting part 5 and then jets out from the jetting part 5 to be burnt. In the combustion method using said gas burner, a city gas, which has a relatively low pressure, or combustible gas such as LPG is employed for accelerating and stabilizing the combustion of a fuel oil. Accordingly, the need for a high-pressure oil pump or the like can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To economically and efficiently dispose all waste produced in a ship, by a method wherein the waste is heated by a heat exchanger, concentrated bilge water is fed in a sprayed condition into a second incinerator, and a vacuum generator, being capable of reducing the pressure of a gas phase part in a tank, is connected to the tank. CONSTITUTION:With a vacuum generator 5 actuated, the gas phase part of an upper space 1' is reduced in a pressure to promote vaporization of a moisture content in bilge, and along with a heating action of bilge with the aid of a heat pipe 2, efficient concentration of bilge is effected. The concentrated bilge, increased in content of oil, is stowed in a tank 4t. Meanwhile, after waste oil produced in a ship is stowed in a tank 8t, the waste oil is emulsified to feed it to a first incinerator 6. The waste oil is sprayed by an atomizer 16 for combustion. Solid combustible substance, such as solid waste, garbage, is adjusted into proper size, and is charged in the incinerator 6 for combustion. The concentrated bilge is sprayed by the atomizer 9, heat is imparted on the bilge within a second incinerator 7 under a high temperature condition, and the bilge is increased in temperature for evaporation and is burnt.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain hot water substantially not including carbon dioxide gas and oxigen gas by extracting gases out of hot water from a direct contact type water heater by a device extracting the gases under vacuum and supplying discharged water from a condenser for said device to a water heater as water to be heated. CONSTITUTION:Cool water is supplied from a water tank 1 containing water to be heated to a multi-jet condenser 4 attached to a can 13 extracting gases under vacuum by a pump 2 and is fed to the boiler 5 burning in water together with gases and condensed water of aqueous vapor. A device for extracting gases under vacuum is constituted with the can 13 extracting gases under vacuum and the multi-jet condenser 4 consisting of a combination of a condenser and a vacuum generator. A combustion chamber for a burner burning oil from a tank 6 in water and an exhaust pipe are indicated by numerals 8,11 respectively. Hot water is sent from the boiler 5 to the can 13 and is flushed, and thereby, CO2, O2 and condensed water as aqueous vapor are separated respectively.

CONSTITUTION:Bilge, guided through a pipe 3, is spread to the upper part in a tank 1 through spread holes 3a, and a moisture content in the bilge is vaporized by means of the heat of fluid, such as cooling water for jacket in a heat exchanger 2. The concentrated bilge, in which moisture content is removed and a content of oil is increased, is stowed in a tank 4t. Meanwhile, after waste oil, produced in a ship, is stowed in a tank 8t, it is emulsified to feed it to a first incinerator 6. Solid waste and solid combustible substance such as garbage are adjusted into a proper size, and are charged in the incinerator 6 for combustion. Meanwhile, the concentrated bilge, stowed in the tank 4t, is emulsified by a mixer 4m to feed it in a second incinerator 7. The concentrated bilge is sprayed by an atomizer 9, heat is imparted thereon within the second incinerator under a high temperature condition, and the bilge is increased in temperature for evaporation and is burnt.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out stabilized combustion under ultra-low load, by a relatively large-sized boiler equipped with a plurality of burners. CONSTITUTION:When combustion is carried out under a load set using a service system circuit, a fuel oil from an oil tank 19 is passed via a strainer 20 to a pump 21 where it is pressured, then is heated by a heater 22, and after the fuel oil is passed through a strainer 23 to an oil quantity controlling valve where the quantity of the fuel oil is controlled, the fuel oil is supplied to an oil header 25, and is supplied to every burner uniformly. The air-fuel ratio is determined by a fan damper 18a attached to a fan 18 and the oil quantity controlling valve. During the service operation, a slide damper 4.9 is slid to open fully an air intake 3.8, a fan 18 with a large capacity is driven, and equipments connected with circuits C1, D1 are operated to supply fuel oil and steam, but circuits C2, D2 are closed. In case when ultra-low load combustion is carried out, the circuit C1, D1 are closed, the circuit C2, D2 are opened, and fuel oil and steam are supplied to the oil burner B only. In this case, since combustion is effected at the primary throat of the oil burner B, the air path becomes small, and complete combustion is carried out under ultra-low load.
