    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly prepare an implant capable of adhering over a long period of time by forming an intraoral edge mucosa epithelium cell made adhere to a tooth to be connected to an oral mucosa epithelium cell to form a part of a gingival sulcus by plural layers. SOLUTION: An intraoral edge mucosa epithelium cell forms an inner edge epithelium cell layer 14 which is a part of a gingiva 12 supporting the lower end of a tooth 10, and adheres to the surface of an enamel layer 16 of the tooth 10 to form a gingival sulcus 18. At the upper end of the gingiva 12, an inner edge mucosa epithelium cell layer 14 is connected to an oral mucosa cell layer 20, and a connective tissue part 22 is disposed in the gingiva 12. The inner edge epithelium cell layer 14 is connected to the oral mucosa cell layer 20 of the gingiva 12 to be depressed in the inner edge at the upper end of the gingiva 12 and made adhere to the enamel layer 16 of the tooth 10 at the face on the tooth 10 side. Accordingly, the inner edge mucosa epithelium cell can be easily isolated by separating the inner edge epithelium cell layer 14 from the oral mucosa cell layer 20 at the upper end of the gingival sulcus 18 and disconnecting the same from the enamel layer 16.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent strain from taking place due to dancing of a thin and long- length workpiece upon grinding thereof, to enhance the degree of accuracy, by providing a guide surface in the inside space of a grindstone so that the guide surface is made flush with the same horizontal plane as that of a grinding surface so that the workpiece is ground while it is guided by the guide surface. CONSTITUTION:Upon grinding, after a grindstone member 12 which is mounted on a stationary shaft 3 by means of a holder 8 is moved with the use of a nut 15 so that the guide surface of a guide member 17 in the grindstone member 12 is made flush with the same horizontal plane as that of the grinding surface of the grindstone member 12, a hollow rotary shaft 4 is rotated by a motor through a belt, and this rotation is transmitted to a grindstone 13 so that a workpiece fed through rolls is ground while it is guided by the guide member 17 in the grindstone member 12. Since the workpiece during grinding is guided by the guide member 17 which is flush with the grindstone 13, no dancing which has been conventinally inevitable in the space takes place, and further, no strain comes about when the workpiece is thin, thereby the finish grinding process with a high degree of accuracy may be made.
