SOLUTION: This device comprises a support sucker 5 and a separation sucker, at least part of the separation sucker is arranged with a slippage toward the end part of a work relative to the support sucker, the contact faces off the support sucker and the separation sucker are contactable to the work surface of the top work within the pile, and the work loadable by the support sucker and separation sucker 7 is bendable toward the work load side by the relative movement between the contact face of the separation sucker and the contact face of the support sucker. In this device, at least two separation suckers are arranged with a slippage in the lateral direction of the work end part concerned, and the contact face of the edge-side separation sucker 7a is retreatable to the contact face of the separation sucker 7b located on the inner side in the vertical direction of the work surface loaded by this separation sucker.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a uniform cutting quality by controlling a focus position adjusting device by depending on the position in a plane of motion of a laser cutting head which is parallel to a work by a numerical controller which always maintains the focus position perpendicular to the work. CONSTITUTION: An incident laser beam 1 is converged to a work surface through a convergent lens 8 by a mirror surface 12 consisting of a thin metal disk. When the pressure of pressurized water which loads the mirror surface 12 via a fluid conduit 14 is equal to the specified pressure, the mirror surface becomes flat. Decreasing of the pressure causes the mirror surface to be recessed, on the other hand, increasing of the pressure causes the same to be projected and the focal position changes vertically with respect to the work. When the laser cutting head 10 moves through the working region, it is required that the laser cutting head 10 is adjusted so as to maintain a constant focus position with respect to the work. By adjusting the fluid pressure in the fluid conduit 14, the focus of the laser beam 1 becomes invariable with respect to the work, thereby, the uniform cutting quality can be obtained.

Further, teeth 76 are provided on one side of each rack 74, and gaps 78 between them are aligned with the same straight lines as the corresponding receptacles 22, 23, 29, and 31. Furthermore, the gaps 78 are wider than the thickness of the racks 74, and each of the racks 74 has a length shorter than the interior width of the receptacle opposite to it. This makes it possible to leave parts on the pallet even if they are brought into contact with liquid solvent.
