    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life jacket which can be detected even in night and dense fog and which can exhibit the function for an indefinite time. SOLUTION: An inorganic EL fiber 2 or a light emitting diode 6 is joined and fixed to a life jacket 1. A solar power generation module 3 is joined to the upper part of the life jacket. An electronic circuit device and a transmitter for distress call are fixed to the bottom end of the rear side-surface of the lift jacket. An ON-OFF switch is interlocked with the electronic circuit device and the transmitter for distress call.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower wrapper which can be changed in style freely to a standing style and a wrapping style, and keeps the position of arranged flowers stably in the standing style.
      SOLUTION: The flower wrapper has a funnel-shaped body 2 which is formed to widen from a bottom 6 toward an insertion inlet 5 at the end, and a funnel-shaped extension cover 3 which is fitted at the outside of the top of the body 2 to extend further from the insertion inlet 5. The extension cover 3 in an upside-down position can be fitted outside of the body 2. A fitting portion 17 of the extension cover 3 is provided with a tilt regulating means 14 which regulates the tilt of the body 2 when the extension cover 3 in the upside-down position is fitted on the body 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving type photocatalyst fluorescent lamp which serves as an aid for reduction of CO2 by save-energy effects and prevention of air pollution by photocatalyst effects.
      SOLUTION: A choke coil in an LED fluorescent lamp circuit is adjusted to form a suitable rectification waveform, and an LED fluorescent lamp can be thereby driven. Since a discharge method is not used for luminescence, this fluorescent lamp can be mounted to luminaires using various lighting methods, A photocatalyst is used as a technique for air purification. Titanium dioxide is applied to the side opposite to an illuminated side which is the inside of an LED fluorescent protecting case. A ventilating hole is formed in a case, and a few UVLEDs are mounted to a base opposite to the surface where an LED for illumination is mounted to irradiate the side where the photocatalyst is applied. Air is convected by temperature differences, and organic substances can be dissolved and removed.
