    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To become further familiar with recesses or projections on a floor surface and follow dents of heel marks by forming brush fibers by adhering and mixing high density abrasive grinding grains with high abrasion on the surface of a synthetic resin fiber with small diameter, and arranging the brush fibers on a brush group with high closeness. SOLUTION: A brush group comprises aggregate of brisle bundles 4 planted in respective brush planting holes. The brisle bundle 4 is formed by winding a fixing metal 7 to 30-60 bristle fibers 6 as one bundle. The bristle fibers 6 form a fiber body having a prescribed diameter and have abrasiveness by themselves. The bristle fibers 6 are held in a direct projection shape due to a repulsion property in a natural state, and directed in the same direction receiving a constraint force at their centers, but return to the direct projection shape when the constraint force is released. For an example of the structure, abrasive grains are adhered to the surface of a synthetic resin filament through an adhesive. As polishing abrasive grains, fine powders of silicon carbide or alumina are used, and mixture of it with the adhesive is applied on the synthetic resin filament.

    • PURPOSE:To enable members to be replaced due to wear of abrasives, and thereby save material by letting each projection be projected out of the outer circumferential surface of an end interposing fitting, and concurrently providing recessed sections fitting in each projection tightly for the inner circumferential surface of each core main body. CONSTITUTION:A half-type polishing roll R is constituted so as to allow two- part type half bodies Ra and Rb to be integrated by installation fittings 4, and each half body Ra and Rb is made up of a core fitting 2 in a semicylindrical shape, and a semicylindrical buff 3 wound around the outer side of the fitting 2. The core fitting 2 comprises both each semi-cylindrical core main body 6 and each end interposing fitting 7 which is installed coaxially in the inner circumferential surface at both ends of the main body, integrated with each pin 8 fitted in recessed sections provided for the surface faced to the surface of each main body. The core fitting is similarly integrated with a rotating shaft 1 by regulating pin 16. Each installation fitting 4 is made up of the core fitting 2, and each bolt 23 inserted into bolt insertion holes 10 and 11 over the rotating shaft 1.

Then, the lower body Rd of the polishing roll R or the rotary shaft S is brought into contact with it from a lower side and the setting jigs W on both sides are shifted inwardly towards the polishing roll and a base part 100 of the polishing roll R is supported on a jaw 2 and the upper body Ra of the roll R is joined to the rotary shaft S and fastened with bolts and nuts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate molding, obtain high dimensional accuracy, and form a strong structure by boring a pin inserting hole toward the axis from its both side surface parts in an assembling body of a core main body of a semicylindrical body and an interposing metal fitting of a semicylindrical body having an equal thickness, and firmly fitting/inserting a pin. SOLUTION: A half-split polishing roller (a polishing roller) R is driven in rotation by being installed on a rotary shaft 1. In this polishing roller R, a core metal fitting 2 and a hub 3 are installed on the rotary shaft 1 by an installing tool 4, and hold a true circule shape. The hub 3 is fixed to the outside of a core main body 6 by including an abrasive grain 17 in a base material 16 of a synthetic resin material. In the core metal fitting 2, the core main body 6 of a thick semicylindrical body having an equal thickness and an interposing metal fitting 7 of a semicylindrical body having an equal thickness installed in a concentric condition on an inner peripheral surface of both end parts and a central part, are integrally formed by firmly fitting/inserting an installing pin 8 to/in a pin inserting hole bored in these thickness. A strong structure is obtained, and assembling is facilitated, and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
