SOLUTION: In this operation resistance applicator 20, a spiral groove 23 is formed on the surface of a pillar-shaped friction body 22 that is fixed to a supporting body or can rotate, a cable 5 is wound along the groove 23, one end of the cable 5 is fixed through a spring 8, and also the other end is connected to an operation member. In the operation unit, which has the applicator, a pillar-shaped friction body 22 with the spiral groove 23 formed on the surface is fixed to a supporting body, the cable 5 is wound around the groove 23, one end of the cable 5 is fixed to the supporting body through the spring 8, and also the other end is connected to the operating member that supports the supporting body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct mounting and restoration works in a tunnel having inferior work environment simply and quickly by changing an acoustical panel into a plurality of panels and engaging the modules by a frame installed to a wall surface and a positioning stopper. SOLUTION: Both ends are tied in a series by a vertical band 4 in hold-down edges 2, 3 made of a metal for a ceramic acoustical panel C manufactured in a factory. A positioning member 5, in which two positioning holes are formed to the left and the right, is formed integrally to the hold-down edge 2. A panel fixing frame 7 is fixed at the specified places of the wall surface of a tunnel by anchor bolts 15. The hold-down edge 3 of the acoustical panel C is fitted into a receiving groove 13 from the front side of the panel fixing frame. The hold-down edge 2 is pushed towards a panel abutting edge 9. The positioning member 5 creeps under a positioning stopper 16, and the positioning hole is engaged with the positioning stopper 16. Accordingly, the mounting operation or restoration operation of the acoustical panel C can be conducted efficiently in a short time.

Thus, the polycarbonate plate 1 can be additionally attached to the peripheral frame. Since a fixing means of a synthetic resin plate is performed only by the batten 6 without wholly requiring machine screws, rivets and wedges, a beautiful appearance is improved. Since a fixation of the resin plate by the batten 6 can be performed in a single operation by rotary operation, efficiency is improved, and a cost can also be reduced.

SOLUTION: A resistance cable 20 is connected to a lever 1 and a tension spring 22. The lever 1 is rotated by an accelerator pedal 5 to turn on and off an exhaust brake switch 24. A cable end 23 of the resistance cable 20, in the position separated from the lever 1 side by a clearance (h) in the engine idling state is brought into contact with the lever 1 side in off of the exhaust brake switch 24, after that, drawing of the resistance cable 20 is performed against spring force of a tension spring 22. Therefore, the switch operating position between on and off is sensed.

On the other hand, a braking mechanism part is placed horizontally to prevent the interference with the knee 31.

SOLUTION: Two shafts 20 and 30 are turnably supported in parallel with a bracket fixed to the car body side of an automobile. A stem connected to an accelerator pedal and a first lever 26 are fixed to the first shaft 20. A second lever 34 is fixed to the second shaft 30, and the second lever 36 rotates a shaft 54 of an accelerator opening sensor 50 via an arm 40. An abutting part 28 of the first lever 26 abuts on the second lever 34 to turn the second lever, but lies at an idling position, and a clearance C1 is formed between the first lever 26 and the second lever 34. The first lever 26 can turn on or off a limit switch 70 between it and the clearance C1, and can turn on or off an exhaust brake with an engine set in an idling state.
